On June 6, 2024, Ernst & Young LLP announced that Joe Arcangelo and Brian Sulpizio, Co-founders and Managing Partners of inSeption Group, were named Entrepreneurs of the Year 2024 in the Greater Philadelphia region. Members of the Greater Philadelphia business community gathered for this annual awards program to honor the 32 finalists, who had been selected from a pool of more than 50 entrants.
Over a period of several months, the candidates held several interviews with a panel of independent judges made up of entrepreneurs and other notable business leaders and were evaluated based on their demonstration of building long-term value through entrepreneurial spirit, purpose, growth, and impact.
Other finalists included leaders in the tech, construction, and healthcare industries. Winners shared stories of perseverance, testaments to their teams, and lessons they learned from their families, mentors, and own challenges. A resounding theme emerged throughout the evening: entrepreneurship can be a hard and uncertain road—but it can change the world.

inSeption Group’s Executive Vice President, is elected Chair-Elect of the Council on Professional Registration for the Society of Quality Assurance
inSeption Group is thrilled to announce that Dawn Niccum has been designated as Chair-Elect of the Council on Professional Registration (CPR) for the Society of Quality Assurance (SQA) for the 2024 term.
“I am honored to have been elected to this position by my peers. In this role, I hope to continue to give back to SQA as it has been instrumental in supporting me in my career.”
As Chair-Elect of the CPR, Dawn will be responsible for overseeing the activities surrounding the Professional Registry credentials of Registered Quality Assurance Professionals in Good Clinical Practice (RQAP-GCP) and Registered Quality Assurance Professionals in Good Laboratory Practice (RQAP-GLP), which are recognized standards of experience and knowledge in the industry. Her leadership will undoubtedly inspire others to uphold the highest standards of quality assurance, ensuring the delivery of safe and effective treatments to patients worldwide.

With over 30 years of Clinical Operations, Clinical Systems, and Quality Assurance pharmaceutical experience, Dawn provides clients with a unique perspective of efficiency, speed, and compliance. She is an experienced leader in clinical compliance and auditing, inspection readiness activities, SOP development, computer system validation, quality document management, training, and safety. Her extensive experience and strength in establishing quality structures and streamlined approaches to reduce risk remains a tremendous asset in inSeption’s ability to deliver outstanding quality, best practices, efficient systems, and cost savings to our sponsors.
